Tim Teven Studio developed a bespoke furniture collection for Haus Nowhere, the newly built headquarters of Gentle Monster and its affiliated brands Tamburins, Atiisu, Nudake and Nuflaat in Seoul. The project was realized in collaboration with Gentle Monster’s in-house space design team, responsible for the interior concept, within a building designed in partnership with IICOMBINED and The System Lab.
Spanning seven office floors, the collection consists of custom desks, modular storage systems and meeting tables. Each piece embodies the sculptural and experimental approach that defines the studio’s work, while responding to the practical requirements of a large-scale office environment.
The furniture balances expressive craftsmanship with everyday functionality. Rich in detail and material character, the pieces incorporate integrated solutions such as cable management, adjustable shelving and built-in storage, supporting the dynamic and collaborative nature of the workspace.
Our aim was to translate the tactile and expressive qualities of our work into a functional office setting. We wanted to create pieces that feel distinctive and refined, yet operate within a professional environment.
By bridging artisanal processes with scalable production, the project explores how a strong material identity can be maintained across an entire headquarters, without losing the individuality of each piece.
